Return Policy

General Product Returns
Refunds/exchanges are provided for general products if they are:
- Misprinted/damaged/defective
- Lost in transit
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
If you, the buyer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with you
In order to obtain a refund/exchange please submit a claim to info@garethgarlend.com and provide the following information:
- Photo(s) of damage
- Receipt of order
Printful Product Returns
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or provide size exchanges at this time
